| The New Bible Digest is primarily Bible Scripture which was originally arranged by A.C. and Audrey Stone for the purpose of telling the wonderful story of God's plan for mankind from the creation to the Cross and beyond. Mary Stone Myers is the Stone's daughter and she wanted to revise the book before reprinting it in 1996. Her son, Dr. Kippy Myers, is a gospel preacher, who is now the Chairman of Interdisciplinary Studies at Freed Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee, and the associate editor for the World Evangelist, a publication from Heritage University in Florence, Alabama, where he was a faculty member for eight years prior to moving to Freed Hardeman. Bud Hales, the third member of the revision group, has been a gospel preacher for some 40 years, and without his able assistance the book would never have been completed.
